User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:61.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/61.0
Build ID: 20180808222917

Steps to reproduce:

Tested on firefox versions:
stable 61.0.2,
dev 62.b19,
nightly 63.a1

1. open any page on https://directlinedev.com/
2. open network page in devtools and pick any throttle option (also enable "Disable cache")
3. reload page

Actual results:

lots of requests will show "No headers for this request" without any further info

Expected results:

all requests should have their info: status, size, headers, params, response, timings and so on
Status: UNCONFIRMED → NEW
Component: Untriaged → Netmonitor
Ever confirmed: true
Product: Firefox → DevTools
This maybe somehow related to HTTP/2 protocol but I can't reproduce it on few sites with HTTP/2
Hope this may help. Loaded HARs looks different but you also can see that some data truncated/broken.
Also if you'll try to view response from first (few?) request this will crash devtool's network tab.

Thanks for the report, I can see the issue on my machine.
