Details

The gen-histogram-bucket-ranges.py file doesn't seem to be used anywhere in the source of the client. Moreover, in bug 1484611 comment 10, :frank mentioned that he's not aware of any upstream service relying on the file.

We should write to fx-data and eventually remove this file, if no one is using it.
