1486168 - Screenshots uploads are broken in latest Nightly

Screenshots uploads are failing in latest nightly.

STR:

1. Take a screenshot of any website
2. Click the 'Save' button
3. Instead of being taken to a shot page, you'll see a tab open and close, followed by an error desktop notification.

Looking at the browser console, I see a 403 error when trying to authenticate.

The error persists if I turn off content blocking in the hamburger menu.

:kmag, are these failures due to a known issue?

I have verified this issue and it is no longer reproducible on latest Nightly 63.0a1 (208-08-30) build.

However, it seems that the issue is still reproducible on latest Developer Edition 63.0b1 (Build ID: 20180824192747). Meaning that, probably, the fix didn't land in time to catch the 63b train. Since we consider this issue as being a blocker, could we uplift this to 63b as well?
