title says it all...
Status: NEW → ASSIGNED
Target Milestone: M11
I'm going to reduce it to 4k, if there's no objection.
Well, the title is backwards actually. We aren't doing *enough* reflows.

I'd set at it 8K to keep the thread context switching reasonable and lets live
with that for awhile, ok?
Summary: Network buffer size too large -- causes too many reflows → Network buffer size too large -- prevents event loop activity
I fixed the title, and I go with 8k.
8K sounds good to me

fixed
are there some test cases that can help to determine if
we are still on course with this fix?

top 100? browser buster? other individual page that
lie on both sides of the boundry?
This is only one part of the fix. We need peter linss to do the work in the html
content sink so that more incremental reflows are done...
hmmm, is that http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=854 with test case
http://www.mozilla.org/newlayout/testcases/stress/500in1ul.html ?

have we convinced ourselves that bug 854 should be pulled in from M15?
Bulk move of all Necko (to be deleted component) bugs to new Networking

component.
