There is no test that the sidebar properties apply to the synced tabs sidebar. This would be P1 if there were no test for the bookmarks and history sidebar, but since there are some, I’m setting this as P3 because the synced tabs sidebar uses the same mechanism as the bookmarks/history sidebars.
