User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.12; rv:61.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/61.0
Build ID: 20180807170231
Steps to reproduce:
I tried to right-clink on the message list to mark a message as junk.
I use user css to increase font sizes and spacing.
Actual results:
The contextual menu opened, but mousing to "Mark," no submenu would open. None of the submenus will open.
Using command-shift-4 to take a screenshot means the submenus open when I mouse to the lower right. However, it means a lot of extra screenshots.
Using command-shift-3 just takes the screenshot.
Expected results:
The submenus should open.

I see what you mean. In that case, your issue is highly unlikely to be a bug in Thunderbird. Bugzilla is for fixing bugs in Thunderbird code and your issue is usage question best asked in support https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/get-involved/#communication - either Discourse or mozilla.support.thunderbird I'm sure you will get a response.
On the off chance that it is a bug, you want to update to something newer than version 45
