Steps to reproduce:
Open new tab
Open network developer tools
Visit a website (e.g http://example.com)
Right-click a request in network panel and select 'Edit and Resend'
In the request editor, remove the colon after http(s) of the URL
Actual results:
Contents of network panel disappears.
Expected results:
Network panel to remain.

Thanks for logging! Was fixed in Bug 1477915, should be in Firefox 62, to be released on the 5th of September.
