Prerequisites:
Enable Basic Tracking Protection

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to: http://www.prideofmaui.com/blog/maui/top-things-hawaii.html
2. Click on the "Agree and proceed" button of the Cookie consent pop-up.

Expected Behavior:
The pop-up is dismissed.

Actual Behavior:
The pop-up is not dismissed.

Notes:

This is related to `trackingprotection` breakage #1101005

Looking at the devtools console, here are the blocked resources:

The resource at “http://tags.bkrtx.com/js/bk-coretag.js” was blocked because content blocking is enabled.[Learn More] top-things-hawaii.html
The resource at “http://tags.bluekai.com/site/35338?ret=js&limit=1” was blocked because content blocking is enabled.[Learn More] top-things-hawaii.html

I opened the URL in a fresh browser profile (Firefox Nightly 63, uMatrix installed, normal mode) and loaded the page. The overlay did not load.

I disabled the Spoof Referrer option in uMatrix and then *WHITELISTED*:
-cdnjs.cloudflare.com

After this, the overlay was correctly displayed.

Then, I *WHITELISTED*:
-tags.bkrtx.com
-solutions.invocacdn.com

After this, the overlay could be dismissed.
The other resources didn't help.

bkrtx.com can be found in the disconnect-blacklist.json and disconnect-entitylist.json.
tiqcdn.com can not be found in any of the lists.

So in conclusion:

Does the site still show this cookie warning? I'm not seeing it, so maybe it's only shown in Europe?

The page seems to be working fine for me otherwise in strict mode.

Looks like this is working now. They changed the layout, also.
The cookie consent is no longer a popup. It's a banner on the bottom of the window, and it is dismissible.
