I've had all third party cookies blocked for a while. I recently upgraded to Nightly 63 (from Dev edition) and opened the new content blocking screen. The content blocking screen indicates I have no cookie blocking enabled (see attached). However, I'm still blocking all third party cookies (see next attached).

See Bug 1486181. I think Bug 1486181 hasn't been resolved, though.

I think this bug has been fixed by Bug 1486181. See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1486181#c15. Can anyone confirm this using the latest Nightly?

Yeah, this seems fixed to me, either way we're switching the design in bug 1501992 and don't have to consider this scenario anymore.
