Files are set up.
@Mika, please review the docs in GitHub. I need some information before they are truly final.
* Privacy Notice: https://github.com/mozilla/legal-docs/blob/master/firefox_screenshotgo_privacy_notice/en-US.md
- Should the file name be Privacy or Privacy Notice?
- What is the link to the telemetry documentation?
* About Rights: https://github.com/mozilla/legal-docs/blob/master/firefox_screenshotgo_about_rights/en-US.md
- What is the Privacy Notice it is referring to? Link? Does it point to the above doc? Confirm the file name so they stay consistent.

sorry for jumping in, we plan to maintain the telemetry document in this link[1]. Note in Rocket we have wiki page for it but want to go with .md this time as we'd like to bundle the documentation update with code change in each code commit. And I assume this is fine as long as we keep the documentation in a public and fixe place, and up to date? (or this will be @Mika's discretion?)
Thanks!

The .md file Wesly pointed to in Comment 4 is fine. One note - can you rename the top level file so it's clear that it's Firefox ScreenshotGo. Right now it's called "Scryer" - I assume that's a codename?

I tried to change the title in the repo to "Privacy Notice" - thanks for calling that out! All that needs to change now is updating the link to telemetry info.
The "About Your Rights" notice is good.

@Mike, @Wesly,I have updated the telemetry link and the title to Privacy Notice.
@Mika, in the About Right file, the Privacy Notice link in the last paragraph is only a placeholder. Does this link point to Firefox ScreenshotGo Privacy Notice doc? If so, we have to ask Eric what the actual link should be.
I will get these docs localized while we wait for the decision on the link.

Correct - it should go to the URL for Firefox ScreenshotGo Privacy Notice.

@Mika: Thanks for pointing it out. We'll be replacing the code name with product name so the right link will become:
https://github.com/mozilla-tw/ScreenshotGo/blob/master/Telemetry.md
@Peiying
1. would you help update the link as well? (in comment#7 you said already took the previous link of telemetry doc)
2. I see "About Rights" appeared in the above comments and your Github link. Should that be "Your Rights"? I assume the word "About" is referring to the "About" page in our App. (Settings --> About --> Your Rights) Shouldn't be a big issue but just let you know.
Thanks.

@Wesly,
- The link: I can update this, but the page contains is full of references to the code name "Scryer". Is anyone rewriting the doc? Let's make sure it is consistent between the title and the content.
- About Rights: I didn't come up with the name. I am following the naming convention of the other legal docs of the same topic: Firefox, Thunderbird, Firefox Reality, and now ScreenshotGo. It's easy for me to change it to whatever the decision might be. Let me know.

Mika:
What are the intended URLs for these two pages?
Right now I think they'll go out as:
/privacy/firefox_screenshotgo_privacy_notice/
/about/legal/terms/firefox_screenshotgo_about_rights/
Should we make them:
/privacy/firefox_screenshotgo/
/about/legal/terms/firefox_screenshotgo/

2. About Rights: got it and learned, thanks for the clarification!

Hi Eric:
In our previous mail[1] discussion, there was an in-product URL[2] of PN for us to integrate (settings --> about).
Are we supposed to use the new one you proposed (and supported by Mike), like[3]?
Or they are in fact for the different purpose? Thanks.

I hope I understand the question and that I'm providing an intelligent answer here . . .
We need to maintain consistency in product naming and the corresponding URL patterns and, from https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1487436#c6, my understanding is that we are talking about two different pages/URLs
#1 - the Privacy Notice:
If Screenshot go is in the family of Firefox products like these then we should follow that pattern:
https://www.mozilla.org/privacy/firefox-fire-tv/
https://www.mozilla.org/privacy/firefox-reality/
*IF* however, ScreenshotsGo is a distinct product like Thunderbird (https://www.mozilla.org/privacy/thunderbird/)
we can follow that pattern.
#2 - The About Your Rights (Legal Terms) page:
The about/legal/terms page should follow the same pattern as:
https://www.mozilla.org/about/legal/terms/firefox-hello/
------------------------
If the question is whether the product should be referred to in a URL as:
/firefox_screenshotgo/
or
/firefox_screenshot-go/
I think that's entirely up to Product, we just need that call made and confirmed here so when we create the URL when standing up each page it accords to those that are pointed to from in the product itself.

Thanks, Eric, and sorry for the confusion. My question came from the difference between the old PN URL you provided in the mail[1][2](which we already integrated into our App), and the new one in comment#12[3]. Also thanks for the clarification and now I learned the logic! Maybe Product & Legal have a conclusion already just I'm not aware of, so allow me to ask.

@Chloe @Mika, would you help me learn if ScreenshotGo is a distinct product(so we use [2] for PN URL), or belongs to Firefox product family (so we go with [3] for PN URL)? I guess it's the later per comment#13? Thanks.

Thanks, Peiying. I compared the links in those files and noticed a place of About Rights need to be corrected: in en version[1] the privacy notice links to[3] while in id version the link points to[4]. This is also pending on the decision of comment#19 that waiting for Chloe's input.

Sorry, Peiying, just one last thing. I assume we don't need to wait for the review feedback from the community to proceed the production push? The only thing left before production is the URL format in comment#19 and corresponding update in comment#20.
Also ni pmac for notice, feel free to chime in if any. (guess we only need to resolve about dependencies and give you a date for production push?)
Thanks!

I think all I need is:
- Final desired URL. If /privacy/screenshot-go/ is already in the app that's fine with me.
- Whether to link to this policy from the sidebar of /privacy/
- What logo to use at the top of the document and the sidebar link if the answer to #2 is yes.
- The date and time that this needs to be in production.
I would recommend against using an underscore in the URL as all of the others use dashes. So /screenshot-go/ is fine, but if we want Firefox in the URL then something like /firefox-screenshot-go/ or /firefox-screenshotgo/ would be my recommendations. But all that's really necessary is that it be unique and stable. So if it's already in use then in my opinion /screenshot-go/ will work fine.

Let's go with /firefox-screenshotgo/ so the full link would be https://www.mozilla.org/privacy/firefox-screenshotgo/
> - Whether to link to this policy from the sidebar of /privacy/
TBD, we may want to add Rocket too and Product will discuss with Legal to make the final decision (ETA Thursday Taipei time)
> - What logo to use at the top of the document and the sidebar link if the answer to #2 is yes.
Would you help us learn the preferred logo size and file format for both? We will provide the logo for the top of the document first. (and the one for sidebar later, if needed)
> - The date and time that this needs to be in production.
It's Sep. 28 for the main doc. (/privacy/screenshot-go/) And the update of /privacy/ page (if deemed needed) can be done later since we have TBD items (of course, Sep. 28 will be great if we can do that in time!)

The size is not important for this discussion. Given a high-quality image we can make the proper sizes. We just need to know which logo to use (e.g. Firefox Quantum, Rocket, etc.).

Attached the beta logo and we'll need to replace it when it comes to the official launch (ETA Nov. 1). I'll put the official one by then. Also pasted the adaptive icon set[1] if you'd like to see different options.
