I am sorry if this is a repeat, but I could not get Bugzilla Helper to work, so: When WinME is loaded in safe mode, Mozilla loads continuously. Control-alt-delete fails to stop it, although I did manage to stop it by clicking the close button faster that Mozilla could load, but that was on the 3rd time I loaded ME in safe mode. The builds used were 2002052904 and 23002060108, It happened everytime I loaded in safe mode, and I was offline at the time (obviously) Expected is for windows to load in safe mode. I think it is slightly more serious than normal, as it has the potential to turn offthe everyday user who still uses a DOS based platform.
Did you have "Quick Launch" enabled? If so, this is probably a problem with quick launch and we should change the component of this bug. If no quick launch, why is mozilla starting when Windows loads in safe mode? Is it in your start menu?
Quick launch was enabled at that time, and no it was not in my start list.

Summary: Mozilla load continuaously in safe mode → Mozilla loads in Windows Safe Mode if Turbo is enabled
I no longer use ME, and I have not had a reason to start in safe mode for a long period of time, so it could almost be safe to say this has been fixed.
