I upgraded my phone recently and need to move my digicert mfa. I still have access to the old mfa but I don't see a way to reset it under the digicert site. I assume this needs to be done by a digicert admin?

I reset your MFA so hopefully you can add your new one but I've never done this before, let me know how it goes?
Could you reset my mfa again and security questions? I attempted to login after you reset it but it asked me question I don't think I've ever set or at least my guesses didn't work.
Update from IRC: I reset mfa but don't see how to reset security questions so Jake is going to go talk to Digicert.
I contacted digicert support and helped me with the password/security question reset. I have access now. Thanks for the help.
