Problem: On the bugzilla search page, the scroll-bars don't scroll. You 
can move the slider but the list itself never changes or moves.

Using 0.2.8 w/ OS X 10.1.4

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/query.cgi
2. Try to scroll any of the columns, with the slider or the buttons.
3. List does not scroll.

On http://jobsonline.com/SeekerRegistration.asp:

Scrollable lists have no scroll bar and scrolling does not work correctly. One
can navigate by typing 1st letter of an option or using arrow keys; the site is
using an js and an asp servlet to construct list (I think)

Scrollable lists work OK in MIE 5.2.2 and Mozilla (Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U;
PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.2a) Gecko/20020910) and in NS 7 Mozilla/5.0
(Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.0.1) Gecko/20020823 Netscape/7.0
