I was able to reproduce this issues in the latest Nightly 63.0a1 (2018-09-02), Beta 62 & Release 61.0.2 on Sony Xperia Z5 (Android 7.0)

Hello, I have investigated this issue and I found a regression. FF didn't find any updates after mozregression switched the bisection method to taskcluster, so cannot narrow down the regression any further than this.
