I downloaded the file called funkenschlag-regeln2.zip from the URL above. The file consists of several .jpg files. I put them in /tmp on my machine (RedHat 7.0) so that I could look at them and print them. I open the first image no problem and print it. When I go to open the 2nd image, the browser crashes. It does not seem to matter what order I load the files in, the 2nd one always crashes mozilla. This is using either 1.0 rc2 or rc3.
Okay, I think this is actually a printing bug. It only crashes after I print the JPG file, but after I print it crashes no matter what I try to do.

could you provide a talkback ID for the crash? could you try printing other jpgs? the site is not currently responding for me. adding crash keyword and severity=>critical (reassigning)

Okay, I've been able to determine more about this bug. It only happens when I use Print Preview. It does happen with both local files on my hard disk as well as .jpg files that are up on a remote server. I did try this with other standalone .jpg files than the one that I mentioned in the original bug report. You asked for a talkback ID for the crash. I'm sorry I don't know what that is. When the browser dies, it gives me an exit code of 255, but I don't think that is what you meant. I am printing to a postscript print queue on another host, in case that makes a difference, although the files actually print just fine.
the non-RPM linux builds from Mozilla include talkback when you crash, it pops up a window where you can type in some info and then submit the report to Mozilla (actually Netscape) and they can figure out a bit why it crashed. you can get a talkback build here: http://download.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/releases/mozilla1.0/ http://download.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest-trunk/ ==>Print Preview
