We will measure:
 - Send to device conversion rate
 - Installs
 - Retention Rate
>> What is the risk to not doing this?
Thai users may miss the chance to try out Firefox Rocket.
>> What's the timeline for launch?
We are targeting 9/24 to launch S2DC snippets for Thailand.
So it would be great to have the email setup properly beforehand.

This project is straightforward & we have what we need to scope out & work on this project (so we don't need to have a separate intake meeting).

Hello Eddie,

Thanks for checking in. We cannot support the deadline for snippets on 9/24 in Thai. Snippets should have what they need for Rocket S2D emails in EN and Indonesian.

Any info you can give us here on org KPIs and the impact we have by *not* supporting these download emails localized into Thai, would be super helpful in guiding our prioritization of this work over the other marketing initiatives on deck. Ie: opportunity cost for not supporting it vs. expected outcome by supporting the Thai S2D email.
