This is confirmed by several external services, like the ones below. https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/app.santandertotta.pt http://www.isitdownrightnow.com/app.santandertotta.pt.html > Chromium is able to display the webpage. As expected, I can't load it in Vivaldi either. You may have visited the page with Chromium before, and it's now loading an offline copy from the cache.

Summary: Cannot open link → Connection to app.santandertotta.pt times out
I had not accessed the page in Chromium before. It loaded without problems at first time. Notwithstanding, I have cleared all history/cache in Chromium, tried again and it loads. If you try Chromium, it will load.
The page doesn't load in chromium for me as expected.

I'll attach the proof that I can access it with Chromium. I'm reporting this to help. 99.99% of the users facing such an error wouldn't care reporting. But if this is not of help to Mozilla, then it's fine by me since I could access the site with Chromium.
