When using RC3 on RH7.1 multihead display:

Any mozilla window on the right hand side with display the drop down history
list on the left hand monitor.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.move mozilla to the right hand monitor on your multihead display
2.click the drop down arrow on the url bar


Actual Results:  The url history will start displaying on the left hand monitor
and finish on the right.

Expected Results:  The url history should have displayed directly under the url
bar on the right hand monitor.

WFM with trunk 2002073022, linux. reporter (Jason Balicki): can you reproduce
this bug with a recent build of mozilla (for example, 1.1beta)? if so, please
comment again with details. if not, please resolve this bug as WORKSFORME. thanks.
