First account (Local Mail) will not let me select IMAP

Details

Using a debug build pulled at 1:30 today

1) Deleted C:\WINNT\mozreg*.dat
2) Started apprunner - got the crash after finishing profile creation (14407)
3) Restart apprunner - it starts the browser
4) Tasks->Messenger
5) Do Account Setup - default account is called Local Mail
6) There is no way to change the Local Mail account to be IMAP
7) Finish creating the Local Mail account then use "Create New Account" to
actually create a new account.
8) This new account offers the option for IMAP

When I started apprunner in both cases, I did not have any parameters.

Sorry, we aren't allowing you to change your server TYPE... the reason is that
if you had a server type, say "Local Mail" and you changed it to "IMAP" and then
downloaded your mail, the mail on the server would blow away any mail you had in
local mail.
This would be good for our documentation.  cc: simone.
