It doesn't look like the sentence part of the new CTA footer is clickable. It should link to the same place that the button (CTA) links to.

I have verified that this issue is no longer reproducible with the latest "Firefox Beta" (64.0b4 Build ID 20181025233934) and latest Firefox Nightly (65.0a1 Build ID - 20181029100347) builds installed, on Windows 10 x64, Arch Linux and Mac 10.13.3. Now, the string from the CTA footer redirects to the same page as the "Get Pocket" button.
