Dennis, can you prep a patch to make the Report Site Issue addon be a perma-beta feature on Desktop, similar to what you did for Fennec? Once we do that, we can let Normandy folks being the process of disabling the current recipe. (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1488931#c16)
