1489213 - Add indicator for which window has a sound-playing tab in Taskbar window popup

STR:

1. Have multiple windows with multiple tabs in each window
2. Have one tab playing audio
3. Click on the Taskbar entry for Firefox, which should show a preview of each window

ER:

An icon should be displayed under the window(s) that are playing sound.

AR:

No such indicator exists.



This is something Chromium does that would probably be good for us to do too.
