The text of undo and redo should reflect what can be undone or redone (e.g. "Undo
Delete Message", "Redo Copy Message").  Currently they only say Undo and Redo,
while this may be good enough for text editing, it needs this extra text for the
powerful email features like copy message and delete folder.
Looks like an exact dup of 14893. :-)
