Details

A while back I added an `hg replicatedelete` command to vcsreplicator. This command uses the replication system to delete repositories from hg.mozilla.org, instead of the current method (ssh from hgssh -> hgweb and delete the repo). We should make pash use the new utility when deleting user repos.
