Apparently, attempting to screenshot the network error page results in "We can't screenshot this page." showing up in a notification bubble.

We might want to make screenshotting pages like this possible.

This issue is not reproducible using the latest Nightly 125.0a1 on macOS 13, with the Screenshots component version enabled (the pref screenshots.browser.component.enabled is set to true in about:config).
