I'm told the content blocking team would like to know about unexpected breakages caused by CB like this: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1489306 We removed the iframe from mozilla.org without taking any steps to diagnose the problem so I can't give you any more context. The Firefox Accounts team may be able to tell you why their server started 500ing.

I don't think there is a bug in Firefox. Firefox was set to block all third-party cookies, and it was doing just that. See bug 1489306 comment 12.
