Actual results:

it will show the refresh page when my internet is connected

it must show the video that my friend recorded

Is this limited to some videos, or all videos on instagram? If you could let us know the steps you took that led to this screenshot that would help.

Also, could you please confirm the version of Firefox you are using, and your system (e.g. Android or iOS)?

If it is Firefox version 62, could you please try it in Firefox 61 to see if it works there?

Also, for reference, could you upload a picture of what it looks like when it is working?

I had a quick look, this works for me on Nightly on a Sony XZ1 Compact.

Not working for me using my Sony phone. There is a perfect preview but the video is 100% green/black. Excuse my sexual molestation of the cat. ;)

That's weird... restarted with addons disabled and it worked, restarted with addons enabled and it works.
