Updates to 62.0 64 bit and imported IE bookmarks are gone. Read the statement that they would be gone on the next update but they're gone now. IE bookmarks imported into FF were always somewhat inconvenient to use. There should be a way for IE users switching to FF to seamlessly inport and use these bookmarks. This was in the description of changes: "Removed the description field for bookmarks. Users who have stored descriptions using the field may wish to export these descriptions as html or json files, as they will be removed in a future release." I don't understand how to do it if I could find it to do it to.
Russ, we have not removed any imported bookmarks. The only thing we have removed is the description field, that does not affect bookmarks themselves which should still be present. Please can you clarify your actual problem, and specify exactly what is missing that you expect to be there.
