Last letter of russian alphabet coded #255 in windows-1251 is not displayed correctly with non True Type fonts in menus, panels, form elements. The letter is fitted in about 3/4 of normal text height.
Forgot to mention... Only lower-case letter is displayed wrong. The big one is OK.
Duplicate of 'Mozilla displays letter "�" - the last letter of Cyrillic ABC in the other font than other letters' *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 141132 ***
