We have ci-admin generated roles that have descriptions containing the following text: > Scopes in this role are defined in [https://hg.mozilla.org/build/ci-configuration/file/tip/grants.yml](ci-configuration/grants.yml). This markdown generates a url like https://tools.taskcluster.net/auth/roles/ci-configuration/grants.yml which seems to be invalid.
