Re-opening the ticket.
The machine is not available on taskcluster. On ServiceNow portal there isn't any document about it.
Couldn't find any last logs for this machine on papertrail.
Can you please check it and reseat it ?

It had the "fast booting" issue. Cartridge power has been reseted. Waiting to see if it recovers.
