Details

The existing whines functionality is powerful, but there are more use cases we are finding. 1. Find all bugs matching some search criteria and needinfo each bugs' assignee (if the assignee is not the default). 2. Find all bugs matching some search criteria and needinfo each bugs' triage owner 3. Find all bugs matching some search criteria and mail bug lists split out by a user such as assignee, triage-owner, or the manager of the assignee/triage owner/etc

This will also enable better support for triage and cleaning up old bugs.
