Steps to reproduce:

Apologies if this is not the proper way to make a backport request.

libavcodec.so.57 is the latest ESR 52 tried, and thus #1486080 was never
an issue there.

The ESR 60 branch does try to open libavcodec.so.58 and thus needs the fix from #1486080.
