[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Start Firefox
2.Open the following link: https://www.s-config.com/core/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Ukidig.ogv
3.Click on the seekbar to a spot where the video is not buffered yet.

[Expected result]:
The video loads and starts to play correctly onward from the spot you've clicked on.

[Actual result]:
The video's image gets stuck (freezes up) but the audio works correctly till the end of the video.
