Environment: 
Device: LG G4(Android 5.1), Xiaomi Mi4i(Android 5.0.2);
Build: Nightly 64.0a1 (2018-09-13);

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to google.com and search for a word (e.g. test);
2. Select "Images";
3. Long tap on an image to bring up the context menu and select Image -> "View image".

Expected result:
There are no visual issues after the page is opened.

Actual result:
Visual issues are displayed in the URL bar.

Notes:
- Not reproducible with Google Pixel(Android 9), LG G4(Android 6.0.1), Samsung Galaxy S8(Android 8.0.0).

Odd, but setting this as P5 since it seems to affect only particular devices.
