*** observed with 2002-06-04-1.0.0 build ***
Steps to reproduce:
- request a return receipt for the account;
- send mail with the mime header in central-european or 2022-JP;
- get the return receipt;
- click forward;
//note: the header is garbled, you have to reload the message before forwarding;
expected result: no need to reload

There is a bug 136805 which is not checked in to the branch.
Does this problem also happen with the trunk?

same problem happens on the today's trunk build: the message has to be reload
before replyinh or forwarding as attachment (inline has no problem as in branch)
