I was able to reproduce this issue on Windows 10, Mac OS 10.12 and Ubuntu 16.04 using Firefox 62.0 (20180830143136) / Firefox Beta 63.0b7 (20180917143811) / Firefox Nightly 64.0a1(20180919220108).
Thank you for reporting!

Two of us were unable to reproduce this in our triage, but one of us could on Windows. It sounds like it may be a race condition. Our error tracking says it's happening about ~20 times per day across all users.
Other theory: This might be caused by a poorly written ad. People with adblockers aren't seeing the problem.
Screenshots tracks non-Firefox issues in Github and I've filed this at https://github.com/mozilla-services/screenshots/issues/4924 and will close this. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.
