1491831 - 'Aa' options from Reader mode is not translated after changing language

 - Sony Xperia Z5 (Android 7.0);

Build(s):
 - Nightly 64.0a1 (2018-09-16);
 - Beta 63.0b5
 - Release 62.0.1

Steps to reproduce:
 1. Go to news.google.com
 2. Access any link from the site and tap on the Reader mode
 3. Change the browser language
 4. Visit the same page with Reader mode

Expected result:
- The "Aa" option is translated to the newly selected language

Actual result:
- The "Aa" options is still displayed in the previous language 

Notes:
- Reloading the page does not fix the issue
- After restarting Fennec, the issues is fixed.
