Steps to reproduce:

Hello. There is a problem with the tabs displayed on the ribbon tabs. Firefox does not remember the position of the tab on the tape. Suppose we have many open tabs, more than can be displayed on the panel, for example, twice, and there are tabs scrolling arrows. The active tab is in the middle of the panel, the video from Youtube is played on the tab.

Now if we press the button to expand the video to full screen, and then exit the full-screen mode, the active tab will not remain in its former place ie. in the middle of the tape, and the tabs in the far right corner will be displayed. Those. the tape will scroll without user action. And the active tab will change the display location on the screen.

1. open 30 tabs.
2. Spin to the middle 
3. In the middle tab, open the YouTube window. 
4. Launch the video 
5. open the whole screen video, not firefox
6. back to the view in the window . The tab with the video is transferred from the middle of the tape to the left side.


Actual results:

The tab with the video is transferred from the middle of the tape to the left side.

the video tab should remain in the middle of the tab strip

Hello Andrey,

I've managed to reproduce this issue on Win 7/ Win 10/ Mac Os 10.12 using Firefox Release 62.0 / Firefox Beta 63.0b7 / Firefox Nightly 64.0a1.

The issue also occurs on other websites(netflix.com /twitch.tv etc.) after going full-screen on a video.

I'm setting a component in order to involve the development team to review this issue.
