Although scope is obsolete when used with td, it is still valid as an attribute of the th element. Therefore, I have removed the suggestion in the axis attribute on the td page that says use scope instead. Removed the details from the description of the scope attribute (on the td page only) and replaced it with this note: Note: Using this element with a table cell element is obsolete in the latest standard. Use this attribute only with the {{HTMLElement("th")}} element to define the row or column for which it is a header.
