An unbranded (not fully but enough) version of latest Chromium can be found here - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1qqrZGbiCPI3Xw2WszG_ftyJMkU9933nz/view?usp=sharing
Changes:
- changed launcher icon
- changed app title to "Browser B"
- suppressed the First Run Experience
- suppressed chrome header from Bookmarks, Settings, Recent Tabs and Suggested Content
- reworked the HomePage to remove unnecessary references to Google and the Sign-in card
Caveats:
- On the first run of the app the suggested sites all have references to the Chromium project.
Upon visiting any website, any new tab will show suggestions depending on user location and there will be none referring to Chromium.

Updated the last posted apk with the following:
- changed default favicons (for New Tabs)
- reworked the app icons for hdpi and ldpi devices (last apk showed "ghost icons")
- changed first-time suggested sites to match the ones from Browser A (afterwards the default behavior will kick in and show personalized suggestions)

Regarding the inability to clear browsing data/reset I think the only way to accomplish this is to clear app's data from settings / reinstall.
Tested on Chrome release and saw that indeed, "Clear browsing data" from Privacy settings still keeps the opened tabs while "Clear private data" on Firefox removes all data and clears any opened tab.
A recording with this behavior for Chrome release can be found here - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1pJkLIirH7ybLYK-pxzHm96PlKk6581_K/view?usp=sharing

Updated the last posted apk with the following:
- in place of "incognito", now "private" is used (Browser B's "incognito mode" now has the same name as Browser's A "private mode". Any other references to "incognito" now say "private".)
