Please grant the scope ec2-manager:manage-resources:servo-docker-worker to the group (role?) assume:project-admin:servo.

This would give us self-service access to force existing workers for this worker type to terminate, in order to have new workers started after making changes to the worker type’s definition, like in bug 1492120.
