Details

If I open a browser window, minimize, then later attempt to launch another
browser instance (via the same Mozilla .lnk file), I cannot enter anything in
the URL bar.  No focus/cursor.  If I then close this window, restore the
minimized window and launch another browser instance via Ctrl+N, it works fine.
 This problem has existed since before RC1.
