When opening an occurence from the views or the today pane by double clicking, the user doesn't get prompted with the occurrence dialog if this is not a recurrence item. Thus, the user has no ability to open the parrent event except he/she knows the ctrl+dblclick feature. Let's just always prompt when opening an occurrence.
Summary: There is no occurrence prompt if doubleclicking on an occurrence in views or today pane if it is not a recurrence item → No occurrence prompt if occurrence doubleclicked in views or today pane, and it is NOT a recurrence item
