1492900 - Multi select tabs total should display exact value in the tooltip of tabbed-videos to be played

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Open https://www.youtube.com/;
2. On any 3 videos from the list, right click on it and click on the Open in a new tab option;
3. Shift + Click on the last opened tab;
4. Hover over the play button for any of the 3 videos;

[Current result]:
- if you have one tab that needs playing and three that are not, but all four are in a selection, it will say "play 4 tabs"

[Enhancement suggestion]:
- the message should be "play 3 tabs"

[Regression range]:
- not a regression

[Additional notes]:
-attached a screenshot with the current implementation;
- marking it with a low priority since it's somewhat of an edge-case to begin with.

This will actually enable media autoplay for the tab even if one is not pending, so it is not so much a bug. Consider if a user selects all tabs and wants to enable autoplay on them.

Another situation is with 1 tab of a paused video and one opened after; selecting both and hovering over the play button shows the message "Play 2 tabs". 
That might be confusing for users since some might expect that both videos are played.
