According to our previous experiment,
this send-to-device-card snippet design 
gave us more room to talk about Firefox Rocket,
which brings better performance:
CTR: +11.97%
Install Rate: +87.54%

So it would be really great 
if we can add this S2DC snippet template to the new snippet service.

We plan to change Firefox Rocket to Firefox Lite on 11/1.
So I wonder if it's viable to have the ASR S2DC template ready by then?
