Operating System: Windows 10 Pro, Ubuntu 

[Prerequisites:]
    1. Tracking Protection Basic enabled.
[Steps to Reproduce:]
    1. Navigate to  https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/products/geforce-store/
    2. Observe the page.

[Expected Behavior:]
"Add to Cart" and "Notify Me" buttons are available.
 
[Actual Behavior:]
"Add to Cart" and "Notify Me" buttons are not available

The issue is related to `trackingprotection` breakage.

Looking at the devtools console, here are the blocked resources:
The resource at “https://assets.adobedtm.com/b92787824f2e0e9b68dc2e993f9bd995339fe417/satelliteLib-ee6402c9231e8a27b7144b678ce0c7200107a43c.js” was blocked because content blocking is enabled.
The resource at “https://api.digitalriver.com/v1/shoppers/me/products?callback=jQuery111202819284839148012_1537515578906&format=json&expand=all&locale=en_us&apiKey=9485fa7b159e42edb08a83bde0d83dia&currency=USD&productId=5218984100%2C5218984200%2C5218984300%2C5218984300%2C5094274700%2C5094274900%2C2740204200%2C5136449000%2C2740281000%2C5056171200%2C5218984400%2C5218984500%2C2032108300%2C2032108400%2C2032108500&_=1537515578907” was blocked because content blocking is enabled.

So below are the domains to test:
- ​assets.adobedtm.com
- ​api.digitalriver.com

I opened the URL in a fresh browser profile (Firefox Nightly 64, uMatrix installed, normal mode) and loaded the page. The buttons are not available.

I disabled the Spoof Referrer option in uMatrix and then WHITELISTED:
- digitalriver.com (including all related domains)
and the buttons were displayed.

The other resource didn't help. 

So in conclusion:
- digitalriver.com is in Advertising category = [tp-ads]
