Steps to reproduce:

1. Visit Twitter on Firefox for Android.
2. Add to homescreen



Actual results:

The Twitter icon seems blurry, possibly because it's not anti-aliased. 


Expected results:

The Twitter icon should seem clear in the same way as Chrome PWA does.

The twitter PWA icon seems to be different now, but I could see the difference with another PWA - Telegram. See the screenshot attached.
Devices:
Nokia 6 (Android 7.1.1)
Huawei P9 Lite (Android 6.0)
Samsung Galaxy Note 8 (Android 8.0)

No issues on a Google Pixel (Android 9).

Adding [geckoview:fenix:p2] whiteboard tag because we will probably want to fix this for Fenix.

[geckoview:fenix:p3] and 67=wontfix because PWA support has been deferred until after Fenix MVP.
