OK, have been in conversations with Legal about this -- two things need to happen.

1) It definitely should NOT go to the Mozilla-only email subscribers; and
2) When it goes to the FF&Y list, the "Donate to Mozilla" link in the footer must be removed.

Both of those requirements have to do with avoiding possible crossover between our 501c3 status and electioneering.  Michele, will follow up with you on this in a separate email thread and loop in Abigail.
