Steps to reproduce:
1. Click-and-hold the min/max/close buttons.

Actual result:

When it is clicked on left/middle portion:
It focuses the button on the left.

When it is clicked on right portion:
Current button and those on the left shift to the right.

The buttons are functioning properly.

I reproduced this issue using Nightly 64.0a1, build ID: 20180923220427, on Windows 10 x32.
I can confirm this issue is fixed, I verified using Nightly 65.0a1, build ID:  20181205102000, on Windows 10 x32.
